Jessica was fantastic. We were so pleased with her prompt and professional responsiveness to communication, willingness to work with photos for inspiration, and overall quality. She was kind and really LISTENED carefully to what I wanted as the bride and to my mother with regard to logistics, the budget, and specifics of the day. She “rolled with” the changes to the plan along the way, with regard to quantity, styles of florals, and overall theme. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. What a great experience!
We used Le Jardin for our wedding and was thrilled with our flowers! I knew I could tell Jessica what colors I was thinking and what look I was going for and let her do her design work. I never worried once about how things would look. I had a beautiful bouquet that was so different and unique! Many compliments were made on how beautiful everything was. Working with Jessica from Le Jardin in Rochester was a breath of fresh air compared to other wedding vendors… her service was amazing! Jessica was always quick to respond and turn around updated proposals, she was also great about checking-in when we got close to the wedding and arriving early the day of to make sure everything was set up!
